02 Qualification Requirements

To register for PH1 and keep using the platform, you must meet every one of the eligibility conditions listed below—not only when you sign up, but for as long as your account remains open and active.

• You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for a PH1 account. To register and play on PH1, you must be at least 21 years old. This is a firm eligibility requirement, and we may ask for proof of age during account verification.PH1 is an adult-only platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, and no one below 21 may access or use the site under any circumstances.

03 Creating Your PH1 Account

04 Deposits and Payments

PH1 accepts deposits made through the following options: bKash, Nagad, and RocketOnce the payment provider confirms your transaction, the amount is credited to your PH1 wallet instantly. PH1 does not add any deposit fees, although your chosen provider may charge its own transaction fee.

05 Withdrawals – Payout requests are handled in line with PH1's current terms, and all players are reminded to play responsibly. PH1 is intended for individuals aged 21 and above, and winnings are never guaranteed.

When you request a payout, PH1 sends your funds back through the same payment channel you used for your most recent deposit. It's a standard safeguard against fraud, and it applies to every player on PH1 with no exceptions.

• Each withdrawal transaction on PH1 comes with its own minimum and maximum limits, and you can see these figures clearly in the withdrawal area of your account.
• In most cases, PH1 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours after you submit them, though verification checks may affect the exact timing.

08 Prohibited Behavior

PH1 has the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its own discretion. Some reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• If you do not finish the identity verification process within the reasonable time frame set by PH1, this will be counted as a failure to keep your account records complete.
• When PH1 has solid reason to believe that an account is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering, the account may be flagged and placed under review.
